A magical view from our suite

Waking up to the breathtaking ocean view made every moment worthwhile. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food options at the buffet were a delightful surprise.

However, the check-in process was chaotic and frustrating, with long lines and outdated facilities leaving much to be desired.

It was just a nice choice for a quick stopover in Nuevo Vallarta with decent value for money. The fish tacos at the snack bar were really good and a highlight of my stay. Be sure to arrive early for reservations at the restaurants, as they fill up fast.

had a fantastic stay at krystal! the junior suite ocean front was incredible with a beautiful view. the buffet food was tasty with plenty of selection, and i especially enjoyed the amazing massages at the spa. overall, a great family vacation!

The location of Krystal is fantastic, providing easy access to both the beach and local attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and offered a lovely view which contributed to a pleasant working environment.

Had a fantastic stay at Krystal! The Junior Suite Ocean Front blew me away with the stunning views. The buffet food had tons of options and tasted great. Really loved the massages at the spa. they were amazing and relaxing. However, the Wi-Fi connectivity was poor, which was a hassle for staying connected. Also, the adult-only areas limited our options for activities. Overall, I'd recommend it for a family trip as long as you're okay with the internet issues.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the tasty buffet with plenty of options and the excellent quality of meals at the restaurant. The location was spot on, making it easy to explore the area. However, the check-in process could be improved, as it was a bit chaotic.

The food was decent but lacked variety, and the reservation system for restaurants was inconvenient. Despite the challenges, the friendly atmosphere and fun activities for kids made for a memorable family getaway.
